We are more than just a fashion factory; we are a passionate group of individuals committed to revolutionizing the fashion industry through eco-friendly and sustainable practices. At Ruicheng, we believe that fashion can be both beautiful and responsible, and we're here to prove it.
We are based in Zhongshan, Guangdong province in China. Zhongshan is located strategically as it is near an international seaport and commercial airport.
We employ our own in-house experts in prints, designs and collections, fabric development and pattern makers. We employ over 300 skilled seamstresses / craftsmen with each individual having, on average, 10 years of experience. They are continuously trained to maintain their skills and to learn new techniques.
Furthermore, we have a team of knowledgable account managers who speak English, Chinese Mandarin and Dutch. We are dedicated to our work and providing the best service to our clients with quick response times.
OUR EXPERIENCE

We take pride in our meticulous attention to detail, from finding the perfect fabric to creating intricate patterns and producing impeccable clothing samples. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and it reflects in every garment we create.
We specialize in Western European and US women's fashion (styles, colors, fit, prints). We have developed our own durable fabrics, color dying and production techniques. We are renowned firstly for our polyamide production. We call this 'Travel Quality'. It is a breathable, wrinkle free, iron free, durable fabric. Perfect for travelling, hence the name 'Travel Quality'.
OUR VALUES
We started our journey in 2009. Ruicheng started as a trader in women's garment in the EU. However, we were unsatisfied with the quality and sourcing of the products. We moved to China and began developing superior fabrics with local suppliers and sought highly skilled craftsmen. A solid foundation was build and quality became part of our DNA.
Ruicheng is not just about making clothes; it's about making a difference. We understand the importance of using materials that are gentle on the planet. That's why we proudly utilize organic and/or recycled fabrics in our creations.
We treat our empolyees as family. All our employees are paid a fair and liveable wage. We provide all our employees with good working conditions and are given adequate breaks and mealtimes.
